- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype next-gen solutions (IoT 3.0, bio-digital interfaces)
- Identify and secure partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for 2026-ready innovations
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough technologies with global IP protection
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board members with ROI projections
- Mentor innovation teams on agile development methodologies for complex systems
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling solutions from concept to market in AI/quantum sectors
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Experience managing $5M+ R&D budgets with measurable ROI outcomes
