Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026-focused tech innovation roadmaps across AI, quantum, and sustainable tech domains
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of researchers, engineers, and designers to deliver breakthrough prototypes
- Identify and secure partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Translate futuristic concepts into viable commercial products with 18-24 month horizons
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $10M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Monitor global tech trends to preempt market shifts for 2026 landscape
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record delivering market-defining products in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals or industry white papers
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams and budgets >$5M
- Strong network within academic and tech innovation communities
- Exceptional ability to articulate complex futuristic concepts
