- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation to market-ready deployment for 2026-era technologies

- Design and execute R&D initiatives with $2M+ annual budget allocation
- Forge strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor a team of 8+ multidisciplinary innovators in agile development methodologies
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, decentralized systems)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation labs
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Experience scaling teams from prototype to global deployment
