Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of a long-term technology roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies that will define the industry landscape.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee advanced research projects in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and next-generation cloud infrastructure.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with leading research institutions, startups, and tech thought leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and executive leadership to translate technical vision into actionable business strategies.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets for research grants, tooling, and talent acquisition to maximize innovation ROI.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior innovation or R&D role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and emerging tech trends (e.g., Quantum, Edge Computing).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing successful technology strategies that drive business growth.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment.
