Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026-proof tech solutions using AI, blockchain, and quantum principles
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to prototype future-facing products
- Mentor a team of 5+ engineers in emerging technologies and agile methodologies
- Present breakthrough innovations to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development and deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Proven track record of launching products with global impact
- PhD in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Experience with full-stack development in Python, Rust, or Go
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Fluency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
