Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning with corporate strategic goals.
- Lead research and development initiatives into cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Oversee the integration of emerging tech stacks into legacy systems to ensure seamless scalability.
- Identify market opportunities and competitive threats related to future technological shifts.
- Drive the adoption of new frameworks and methodologies that prepare the organization for the 2026 era.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, system design, or strategic technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams through complex technical transformations.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Big Data analytics, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to anticipate industry shifts 2-3 years in advance.
