Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Lead the architectural planning and R&D strategy to align with the company's 2026 roadmap, focusing on AI, Quantum Computing, and Next-Gen Cloud infrastructures.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead the exploration and implementation of emerging technologies to solve complex business challenges before they become mainstream.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a diverse team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate high-level strategic goals into actionable technical roadmaps.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
