Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the "2026 Vision" product roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance AI-driven solutions that anticipate future market trends.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, mentoring a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, advanced robotics) to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and executive leadership to translate abstract concepts into tangible deliverables.
- Oversee the integration of next-gen technologies into legacy systems with minimal disruption.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership, with at least 3 years in a strategic planning or product architecture capacity.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Future Tech ecosystems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and distributed systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
