Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture Design: Spearhead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems designed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- AI Integration: Oversee the integration of advanced AI and machine learning models into core product workflows.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Edge AI) to define our technical roadmap.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Project Management: Manage cross-functional projects from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and 2026 milestones.
- Code Review & Optimization: Ensure code quality and optimize system performance for maximum efficiency and security.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning principles, NLP, or Computer Vision is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
