Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business growth targets.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the R&D of prototype solutions for the 2026 product suite.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate long-term technology visions and secure stakeholder buy-in.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Proven experience leading or architecting roadmaps for major technology transitions.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and future computing paradigms.
- Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business plans.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
