Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning IT initiatives with business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Infrastructure Readiness: Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy systems to ensure seamless integration with future platforms.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to define technical visions and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- R&D Governance: Establish and manage a research and development framework to prototype and validate future technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT strategy, engineering management, or technical leadership roles.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and enterprise software ecosystems.
