Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the 2026 Technology Vision, aligning it with the company’s long-term strategic goals.
- Lead the architectural design for complex, scalable systems, ensuring they are future-proof.
- Oversee the selection and integration of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, etc.) relevant to the 2026 roadmap.
- Mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct technical risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for upcoming projects.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish coding standards and best practices to ensure maintainability and code quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
