Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical strategy with long-term business goals.
- Lead AI & Automation Integration: Spearhead the adoption of Generative AI and machine learning to enhance operational efficiency.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Identify, evaluate, and prototype cutting-edge technologies (Quantum computing, AR/VR) relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-stakes projects.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all 2026 initiatives adhere to data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing them successfully.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), Python, and large-scale data systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical jargon into actionable business insights.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Adaptability: High proficiency in navigating ambiguity and driving results in fast-paced environments.
