In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and strategists to architect the next generation of enterprise solutions that define the future of work and play.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and articulate a clear roadmap for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI integration and spatial computing by 2026.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, rapid prototyping, and excellence.
- Technical Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and robust systems that integrate neural networks with immersive 3D environments.
- Product Innovation: Collaborate with product managers to translate abstract future concepts into tangible, market-ready products.
- R&D Management: Oversee research initiatives to identify and prototype bleeding-edge technologies before they become mainstream.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion Models).
- Metaverse Knowledge: Experience with Web3, 3D graphics (WebGL/Three.js), and spatial computing platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
