You will be at the forefront of integrating Generative AI with emerging Quantum computing paradigms to build scalable, secure, and intelligent infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI and Quantum integration strategies leading up to 2026.
- Architect scalable cloud-native systems that leverage LLMs and quantum algorithms for real-time data processing.
- Lead a high-performance team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers in R&D initiatives.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development sprints.
- Ensure system security, ethics, and compliance in the deployment of autonomous agents and neural networks.
- Present technical visions to stakeholders and secure buy-in for experimental and cutting-edge technologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Quantum computing.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a high-growth environment.
- Deep understanding of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical leaders.
