- Lead the design of scalable, distributed systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging AI models into core products.
- Oversee code quality, architectural patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor senior engineers and drive technical decision-making processes.
- Conduct feasibility studies for futuristic technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Advanced Robotics).
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 4 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Strong background in Machine Learning infrastructure and MLOps.
- Experience designing systems for high availability and low latency.
- Familiarity with futuristic tech stacks and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
