Responsibilities

- Spearhead Spatial Computing: Lead the integration of spatial computing technologies into our core product suite, creating immersive and intuitive user experiences.
- AI Strategy & Ethics: Establish and enforce ethical guidelines for AI deployment, ensuring our systems are fair, transparent, and safe.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with our research division to translate academic breakthroughs into production-ready products.
- Performance Optimization: Drive technical excellence in latency reduction, data processing speeds, and system reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust; extensive experience with Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Cloud Native technologies (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think abstractly and solve complex, ambiguous problems with novel solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to launch.
