Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap focusing on Agentic AI and Spatial Computing.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of large-scale LLM integration into spatial interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development cycles.
- Drive innovation in real-time data processing and immersive user environments.
- Establish technical standards and best practices for emerging hardware-software integration.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends to ensure competitive advantage.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Machine Learning pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex technical transitions.
- Experience with Spatial Computing (VR/AR/MR) development ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of 3D graphics, computer vision, and human-computer interaction (HCI).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
