Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision and strategy for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead architectural design for scalable, high-performance systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) to drive innovation.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team of senior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and disaster recovery protocols are robust and future-proof.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of AI integration and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
