Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technical vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers in the research and development of next-gen AI infrastructure.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Edge AI) to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment in a distributed environment.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical audiences effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, mission-critical systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts and future tech stack development is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive innovation.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
