Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on advanced AI integration and predictive modeling.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver cutting-edge prototypes.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuro-Synthetic Interfaces, Edge AI) and evaluate their viability for implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable engineering specifications.
- Establish best practices for scalability, security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Conduct in-depth market research to ensure our 2026 vision aligns with global tech trends.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proven track record of leading teams through high-stakes product launches and R&D initiatives.
