Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of enterprise-grade AI infrastructure designed for the 2026 release cycle.
- Define technical strategies and best practices for scalable distributed systems and neural networks.
- Mentor and inspire a team of elite software engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and performance under high-load conditions.
- Drive innovation in quantum-ready algorithms and edge computing solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a focus on high-performance systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects ahead of schedule.
- Strong background in Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
