You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical vision of the 2026 Initiative:

- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable systems for the 2026 AI roadmap.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the next generation of software development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-ready infrastructure.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Quantum-safe cryptography and Neural Interfaces.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Oversee the security and ethical implications of large-scale autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their application to cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Able to think critically about the ethical implications of future tech and governance.
