Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of core technology platforms for the 2026 roadmap.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and reliability across distributed environments.
- Drive technical decision-making and establish engineering best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java, with a strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems in high-growth environments.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
