Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Lead the design and implementation of next-generation neural networks and AI infrastructure focused on 2026 scalability requirements.
- Technical Roadmap: Define the long-term technical strategy and roadmap for our predictive analytics engines and decentralized cloud frameworks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a squad of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration of legacy systems to high-performance, cloud-native environments to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable, deployable code.
- R&D Innovation: Explore cutting-edge technologies (Quantum Computing, Edge AI) and prototype solutions for future market needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role focusing on AI and machine learning.
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Cloud Mastery: Deep understanding of AWS, GCP, or Azure architecture and serverless computing paradigms.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to align technical architecture with long-term business goals and 2026 strategic objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
