Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning technical vision with business objectives and market trends.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives in emerging fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Next-Gen Cloud Architecture.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation by mentoring senior engineers and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Technology Assessment: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies to drive efficiency, scalability, and competitive advantage.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of anticipating future tech trends and successfully implementing forward-looking strategies.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure, and System Architecture.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams, drive performance, and manage complex projects from conception to delivery.
