Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology and innovation roadmap.
- Identify and evaluate emerging trends (AI, Quantum, Spatial Computing) to drive product evolution.
- Lead cross-functional teams in R&D pilot programs and concept validation.
- Bridge the gap between executive strategic vision and operational execution.
- Monitor global competitive landscape to ensure Nexus Dynamics remains a market leader.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators.
- Present complex future scenarios to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology, Product Management, or Innovation Consulting.
- Proven track record of leading high-stakes innovation initiatives and long-term forecasting.
- Strong understanding of current and upcoming technological paradigms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguity-tolerant environment.
