Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 2026+ technology strategy aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, bio-integrated systems) and assess enterprise readiness
- Design cross-functional innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and scaled deployment
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward capabilities into customer experiences
- Establish ethical governance protocols for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor internal teams on future-tech literacy and adaptive methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
