- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and accelerate innovation cycles
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on long-term strategy
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of future-focused innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with 3+ year horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, quantum, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
