In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between emerging scientific breakthroughs and our commercial product vision. You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating disruptive technologiesāfrom Advanced AI to Quantum Computingāintegrating them into our core strategy to ensure we remain years ahead of the global competition.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026+ technology roadmap, identifying emerging paradigms in AI, Spatial Computing, and Sustainable Energy.
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives, collaborating with engineering, design, and product teams to prototype and validate future concepts.
- Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis of global tech ecosystems to uncover unmet market needs and disruptive opportunities.
- Advocate for a culture of radical innovation, fostering partnerships with leading tech accelerators, universities, and research labs.
- Communicate complex technical strategies and future projections to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Masterās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical leadership within high-growth tech environments.
- Proven track record of predicting technological shifts and adapting organizational strategy accordingly.
- Deep understanding of the ethical implications and regulatory landscapes of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Robotics).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable, high-level insights.
