Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product/service concepts
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and technology threat assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic initiatives with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic planning (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Portfolio of past strategic projects or published thought leadership
