Responsibilities
- Lead the Vision: Spearhead the analysis of emerging technologies (AI, GenAI, Spatial Computing) to forecast their impact on the global market by 2026.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop comprehensive, multi-year technology roadmaps that align with business objectives and competitive positioning.
- R&D Leadership: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to evaluate feasibility and commercial potential of cutting-edge technologies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executive leadership and investors.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with the recruiting team to identify and attract top-tier talent in the frontier tech space.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Tech Strategy, R&D, or Consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Forecasting Expertise: Demonstrated ability to accurately predict tech trends and their market disruption potential.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (Machine Learning, Blockchain, IoT, 5G/6G).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
