- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor senior engineers and researchers in next-gen technology adoption
- Secure partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor regulatory impacts on emerging technologies and develop compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in AI, quantum computing, or biotech innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Expertise in developing business cases for R&D investments
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published research or patents in technology strategy or emerging fields
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Tableau, Python, R) for trend analysis
