Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across enterprise divisions
- Lead cross-functional task forces to integrate emerging tech (quantum, AI, bio-computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop patent portfolios for proprietary future-tech implementations
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Tech Accelerator program
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic research institutions and government tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of implementing future-tech roadmaps (2018-2023)
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks and quantum computing architectures
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on future tech implications
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and biotech
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) from World Future Society
