Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3 integration)
- Conduct scenario planning and competitive analysis for disruptive tech adoption
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to source innovation
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across enterprise operations
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of executing large-scale digital transformation projects
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech integration
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong stakeholder management experience across global teams
- Certifications in agile methodologies and technology architecture preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals or conferences
