Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-secure communication systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AGI, neuromorphic computing, bio-integrated interfaces)
- Partner with C-suite to secure $10M+ annual R&D budget allocation
- Present quarterly tech disruption briefings to Fortune 500 clients
- Drive implementation of ethical AI governance frameworks
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in quantum computing and machine learning architectures
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering from Tier 1 institution
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech implications
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with international tech policy advisory boards
