Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 market dominance
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Build relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers to scout disruptive technologies
- Develop comprehensive business cases for next-gen products with ROI projections
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot launch
- Represent Innovate Labs at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
