Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2028 technology roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech disruptors and patent opportunities
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on future tech implications
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build partnerships with Stanford, MIT, and NASA for collaborative research initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology frameworks and foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or future forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum products with >$50M revenue impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, SWOT analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
