Responsibilities

- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation sprints with agile teams to deliver MVPs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in cross-functional team management
