Qualifications

- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and governance
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and futures methodology
