In this role, you will act as the bridge between our engineering teams and executive leadership, ensuring our infrastructure is ready for the next era of digital evolution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning tech initiatives with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR).
- Pilot and evaluate next-gen software solutions to prepare internal teams for future deployment.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify strategic gaps and innovation opportunities.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to stakeholders with varying levels of technical literacy.
- Establish KPIs to measure the success of long-term technology initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, IT management, or technology consulting.
- Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI, cloud computing, and software architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry trends.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
