Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-month horizon
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Partner with product teams to align R&D priorities with market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investors
- Monitor global tech ecosystem for competitive threats and disruptors
- Manage innovation budget allocation across emerging verticals
- Drive cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum, biotech, or Web3
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience scaling tech products in regulated industries
