Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps for quantum-bio convergence systems
- Lead cross-functional sprints prototyping 2026-ready infrastructure solutions
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (quantum AI, synthetic biology, climate tech)
- Coordinate with global R&D teams on sustainable tech implementation
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and external innovation partners
- Maintain competitive intelligence through industry foresight networks
- Drive innovation metrics tracking for 2026 deliverables
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning or emerging technology roles
- Proven experience with quantum computing or synthetic biology domains
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong network in global innovation ecosystems (Davos, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives
- Experience with agile methodologies for long-term projects
