Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen product prototypes and proof-of-concepts
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-impact initiatives
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Develop KPIs and frameworks to measure the ROI of futuristic technology investments
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies and develop mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong presentation skills and ability to influence C-level executives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
