Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years focused on emerging technologies (AI/quantum/IoT)
- Proven track record of launching scalable enterprise tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and digital policy landscapes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent tier publications
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq) and Python
