Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive tech opportunities
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment and risk mitigation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation lab initiatives and partnerships with leading research institutions
- Drive digital transformation projects with measurable ROI and sustainability metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, climate tech, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., CFTe, FTI) or relevant domain expertise
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping methodologies
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry forums
