Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead emerging technology assessments including AI ethics frameworks and quantum computing integration
- Drive innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future-proof solutions
- Manage a $5M annual R&D budget with ROI-focused technology investments
- Present strategic insights to executive board and investor committees
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab team of 8-12 specialists
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on 2026 adoption curves
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in emerging technology planning
- Expertise in AI/ML implementation, quantum computing principles, and Web3 architecture
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives across global enterprises
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, whitepapers, or keynotes)
- Experience with venture capital partnerships and startup ecosystem engagement
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (preferred)
- Deep understanding of ESG frameworks for sustainable tech implementation
