- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for prototype development and testing
- Publish thought leadership in IEEE and Nature journals
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams of engineers and data scientists
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning at Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in quantum computing or generative AI
- Experience with patent development for emerging technologies
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
