- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI and automation deployment
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget and vendor partnerships
- Publish thought leadership on future tech trends in industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable ROI
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or similar preferred
- Experience scaling tech operations across global markets
