Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neurointerfaces, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies with $5M+ annual budget
- Build partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Author white papers and thought leadership content on tech evolution
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic tech solutions (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic impacts
- Exceptional data modeling skills for forecasting tech adoption curves
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Published work in tech foresight publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Wired)
- Proficiency in strategic visualization tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, AnyLogic)
